A: Our Kids Liquid Nighttime Multimineral was formulated for ages 1 and up. The suggested use for ages 1-3 is ½ teaspoon, and for ages 4-12 is 1 tablespoon.

A: In just one serving per day, your child will receive vitamin D, calcium, iodine, magnesium, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, potassium, lutein, zeaxanthin, and vitamin K.

Q: What if I forgot to refrigerate my multimineral?
A: Some customers have forgotten to refrigerate their Multis after opening. We have done testing on the multivitamins and multiminerals: results suggest they are good for 7 days out of the refrigerator. We like to err on the side of safety and say 5 days.
