Namely, the liquid formula contains thiamin and choline which are not in the gummies, and the gummies contain iodine and selenium which are not in the liquid. Additionally, some amounts of the nutrients vary from product to product.

Not only that, but iron can interfere with the body's absorption of other vitamins and minerals. Micronutrient competition is important to keep in mind when formulating a gummy multivitamin for what micronutrients can be optimally absorbed, which is why we decided to not include iron in our gummy multivitamins.
