Since micronutrient competition is important to keep in mind when formulating the best liquid multivitamin, and iron can interfere with the body's absorption of other vitamins and minerals, we decided to not include iron in our liquid multivitamins. A: Our Kids Liquid Nighttime Multimineral was formulated for ages 1 and up. The suggested use for ages 1-3 is ½ teaspoon, and for ages 4-12 is 1 tablespoon.
