Your Routine, Your Way: It’s super easy to take these strips at home or on the go! Simply peel a strip from the pouch, place it on your tongue, let it dissolve, and swallow.

Suggested Use: Adults 18+, take 1 strip daily or as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Can be taken directly by mouth or added to water. If taking directly, dissolve in mouth before swallowing. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
